Payments

Fine Jewelry for Romantics accepts credit card payments through our website using secure third party servers such as Authorize.Net and PayPal. When you purchase an item with a credit card, FJR does not see or have access to your card number. Your card will be charged the amount of the order once the order is placed, not when it ships. Some items are made to order and we appreciate your patience while the item is completed. If you order an item that has sold out or needs to be made, FJR will contact you via email or phone if there will be a delay in delivery. 

Credit Cards & Check Cards
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You may safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Sorry, we do not accept COD.

Pay with PayPal®
We are pleased to accept PayPal®.  Select the PayPal® payment option when you check out, and follow the directions. You can also use your credit card in this PayPal® payment option even if you don't have a PayPal® account. You will be redirected to PayPal.com. Be sure to return to the Fine Jewelry for Romantics when completed.

Please note, during special promotions Fine Jewelry for Romantics may issue coupon discount codes.  These codes are not applicable with other coupon codes.   Only one coupon can be applied to an order.

 

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping with orders over $125 shipped within the Continental U.S. and just $7.95 for orders under $125

Flat Shipping rate of $11.95 to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Flat International Shipping rate of $20 for all orders shipped internationally.

(Corporate Gifts may require additional Shipping)

FJR works to process and ship you order as fast as possible. If you order an item that is not in stock, made to order or needs personalization (sized or engraved), the order takes longer to receive.  Even if you choose next day, if an item says made to order, it will need made before it ships.

In-Stock Items

Most of our items are in-stock. Orders for in-stock items begin processing as soon as your purchase is completed.   Orders are shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the order is fulfilled.

Example: If you order an in-stock item before 11AM on Monday, the order will typically leave our facility in 3-4 full business days, so your order should ship on or before Thursday. 

After your order leaves our facility, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, they do not included federal US holidays.  If you order an item on Thursday, after 11AM, your order will typically ship on or before the following Wednesday.  Please contact us with questions. 

 

International Policies

International Shipping Policy

FJR will ship orders internationally, with exceptions. We can ship packages via the USPS system utilizing registered mail.  We do not offer free shipping on any international orders. It can take anywhere from 7 - 20 business days (more or less) to reach your location. Factors such as transit times, weather, flight delays impact delivery times. We can not estimate delivery, as it can vary widely.

We can ship any purchase (except some larger corporate gifts) for a flat shipping fee of $20 with USPS registered.

Please note, our international shipping charges do not cover import duty or customs taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. Please contact your local postal authority for an estimate of these fees.  All packages are marked as merchandise. Packages refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded. 

There are some countries that we can not ship to because of customs prohibitions and restrictions. If you place an order and there is a shipping restriction or problem, we will let you know.

We reserve the right to add or remove countries at our discretion or upon policy changes by United States Customs. NOTE: International Orders Will ONLY Be Sent To The Address Of The Card Holder. We can not drop ship orders paid by credit card. If you are placing an order as a gift, or want the order sent to an address other than your credit card billing address, you must pay via paypal with a VERIFIED address OR make an offline order and pay by international money order or traveller's checks.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

It our hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. We do have a 10 day free inspection period that begins upon item receipt, however if an item is a gift we can make exceptions, please contact us when purchasing if this is the case.

Some items are non-refundable (customer made, engraved, personalized, etc...) Please contact us if special circumstances apply. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us after the receipt has received the item and we will instruct you on how to return the item/items purchased. We issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) iva the method you paid. Or can offer a store credit or exchange. We are more than willing to help you find the perfect item. All products returned to us are fully inspected prio to issuing a credit to your card, processing an exchange or issuing a store credit.

FineJewelryforRomantics.com will not accept a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or blemishes, or has been engraved or sized or custom work.

We also require that you have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us with any questions. If you experience difficulty with your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us for assistance. Jewelry sold by FJR requires special precautions when being shipped. To return any piece purchased from us you MUST follow these steps:

1. Call or Email Fine Jewelry for Romantics 1-949-831-9788 (customerservice@finejewelryforromantics.com) for a Return Authorization Number.

2. Secure the jewelry inside its original jewelry box or bag. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. If there was an appraisal or diamond certificate enclose that also.

3. Place everything (from step 2) inside an appropriate shipping box, and cover the box with packing tape so it does not come undone or damaged while in transit.

4. Write your Return Authorization on the outside of the box next to the shipping address. Ship the item via a method that can be tracked (USPS, UPS, Fedex), you may need to purchase tracking services depending on the method you use. We ask that you insure the item for the full purchase price for your protection from loss or damage. Please keep the tracking number in your records if the item does get lost.

We will notify you once your return has been processed. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within several days of this email notification (less shipping fees). The time it takes for your refund to show up on your card depends on your issuing bank. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to the sender.
